About
I've spent my career studying and living the question of what makes a great leader. Across operating and advisory roles at LinkedIn, Lemonade, ALT, and Jefferies, I worked alongside leaders navigating high-stakes decisions, rapid growth, and moments of real transformation. What I kept coming back to wasn't strategy or execution. It was the people doing it.
That fascination became a practice. I founded C3 Growth Partners to work directly with leaders at pivotal moments, bringing together operational experience, research-based coaching, and a genuine belief that most people are capable of far more than they've yet seen in themselves.
